BJP hands over Bengal observer to Amit Shah, Assam responsibility to JP Nadda!

After the landslide victory of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in West Bengal, now preparations for the formation of a new government in the state have intensified. In this sequence, now BJP has appointed Union Home Minister Amit Shah as Central Observer in West Bengal.

Apart from this, Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has been appointed as the central co-observer. This information has been given by BJP’s National General Secretary Arun Singh through a press release. It has been told that the Parliamentary Board of the Bharatiya Janata Party has appointed Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah as the central observer for the election of the leader of the party legislature party in West Bengal. Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi has been appointed as the central co-observer.

Amit Shah and Odisha CM Majhi will together complete the process of legislative party meeting and leadership selection in the state.

Let us tell you that BJP is going to form the government for the first time by making a historic performance in West Bengal. According to the Election Commission, BJP has won 207 seats in Bengal, while Mamata Banerjee’s Trinamool Congress (TMC) party has won 80 seats. Apart from this, Congress has got two seats, CPI (M) has got one seat.

Along with this, BJP has appointed Union Minister JP Nadda as the central observer for the election of the legislature party leader in Assam. At the same time, Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini has been appointed as the central co-observer.

BJP has scored a hat-trick of victories in the assembly elections held in Assam. NDA won 102 out of 126 assembly seats. BJP has won 82 seats, while its allies Bodo People’s Front (BPF) and Assam Gana Parishad (AGP) have won 10 seats each. Whereas Congress party has won 19 seats.
