However, it is unclear whether the Taliban, like North Korea, will go directly to war against Ukraine on behalf of Russia. It is heard that this agreement of the Taliban is to overcome the past of ‘human bomb’ and qualify themselves in the modern arena, even if they do not go to war directly for Russia.

Through this agreement, Russia will supply the Taliban army with modern air defense equipment and drones. In addition to this, Russian military experts will provide advanced military training to the Taliban army for modern warfare.
