He had a clear opinion that the path to the development of the country goes through villages, fields and barns.

In this, construction of Chaudhary Charan Singh Seed Park in Lucknow is also important. Apart from being a prominent politician of the country, he had made important contributions to the country and society. He died on 29 May 1987.
