Mini Countryman C SUV : Luxury car Mini India is going to launch its new Mini Countryman C SUV this month. The company has confirmed the India launch date. Recently the company started its pre-booking and now it is completely ready to enter the market.

The new Mini Countryman C will be produced at the BMW Group plant in Chennai.
Engine and Performance
The new Mini Countryman C SUV is expected to get a 1.5 liter 3-cylinder turbo petrol engine, which will generate 136hp power and 230Nm torque.
gearbox
This engine will come with a 7-speed DCT gearbox and the power will reach the front wheels. The same engine is also used in the BMW X1.
Better driving experience
This SUV will be based on the UKL2 platform, which is shared with the BMW X1. This platform is known for providing better space, stability and driving experience.

Design
The design of the new Mini Countryman C is quite modern and bold. Design elements like JCW and electric version will be seen in it. Circular headlamps, large square shaped grille and a new bumper have been provided at the front, which gives the SUV a stronger look than before.
Talking about the side profile, it has been given Boxy Design, flat roofline and square wheel arches. The longer wheelbase will help in providing more space in the cabin. LED tail lamps and clean tailgate design will be seen at the rear.
Cabin and features
The interior of the new Mini Countryman C will be more premium and modern than before. The company has prepared the cabin with Minimal Design. A large circular OLED touchscreen has been provided on the dashboard, which will work as both instrument cluster and Infotainment System. Toggle-style physical switches are provided below this, which will be easy to use. Textile based surface and recycled material has been used in the cabin, which gives it a premium feel.

The new Mini Countryman C can get 9.4 inch OLED touchscreen, connected car technology, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, head-up display, Harman Kardon sound system, 360 degree camera, sunroof and many advanced features.
