Himanshu Jangra’s pain spills over ‘370 ki biryani’ controversy, says job lost, family also worried

Tezzbuzz Desk – Himanshu Jangra, who came into limelight after the ‘Rs 370 biryani’ controversy, has expressed his views openly for the first time. After continuous trolling on social media and losing his job, Himanshu said that the last two weeks have been some of the toughest days of his life. He admitted that some of the things he said on the show were wrong and regretted it.

Actually, in a stand-up show of comedian Pranit More, Himanshu Jangra had narrated a controversial incident related to dating. After the video went viral, he was heavily criticized on social media. The matter escalated so much that his Gurgaon-based company Starwick Design fired him from his job.

‘My condition is very bad’

In conversation with Vivek Vishwakarma, founder of Starwick Design, Himanshu said that trolling has affected not only him but also his family. He told that initially the family members were not aware of this dispute, but later when this news reached relatives and neighbors, the family became very upset.

Himanshu said, “When my parents came to know that I had also lost my job, they became very sad. Looking at them now, I regret the most.”

Told the story narrated in the show as ‘improvised’

Himanshu said that the story he told in the show was not completely true. According to him, he had improvised the story according to the atmosphere on stage so that people could be entertained.

He admitted that the choice of some words was wrong and that is why the controversy arose. Himanshu said that his intention was not to insult anyone and he regrets his words.

What was the whole matter?

In Pranit More’s show, Himanshu had claimed that he had gone on a date with a girl, where he spent Rs 370 on chicken biryani. After this, he jokingly said that he wants the return of his ‘investment’. A controversy started on social media regarding this comment.

NCW sent notice

The matter gained so much momentum that the National Commission for Women (NCW) issued notices to both Pranit More and Himanshu Jangra. Both have been asked to appear before the commission on June 22. Apart from this, FIR has also been registered in the matter.

At present Himanshu says that he accepts his mistake and wants people to understand his side also. The debate regarding this entire matter is still going on on social media.
