Two youths were injured in this attack, who were immediately taken to the hospital. According to the information, a sudden firing incident took place in Gandhi Nagar area at around 3.30 am on Sunday morning. During this, two youths were shot, due to which they were seriously injured. The injured have been identified as 20-year-old Aman Kumar, resident of Kirti Nagar, and 20-year-old Krish, resident of Gandhi Nagar. As soon as information about the incident was received, local people gathered at the spot and the injured were taken to the hospital for treatment. At present, the treatment of both the youth is going on.

There was already a dispute going on between the two groups

Preliminary investigation by the police has revealed that there was tension between the two sides for the last several days. It is being told that there was continuous bickering and discord between the two groups regarding the dispute related to gambling and betting. This old dispute took a violent turn in the early hours of Sunday. It is believed that due to this rivalry, one group had planned to attack the other group.

Youth arrived in Scorpio, then firing started

According to eyewitnesses, some youths had reached Gandhi Nagar in a black Scorpio car. After reaching there, an argument started with the youth of another group. Within no time the dispute escalated so much that one party took out weapons and started firing. The sudden firing spread panic in the area. During this time the bullets fired hit Aman and Krish, due to which they were injured.

When a crowd of people gathered, the accused started running away

Hearing the sound of firing, people nearby came out of their homes. Within a few minutes a large number of people gathered at the spot. Seeing the crowd coming towards them, the accused started running away from there. However, in his haste, his Scorpio got stuck in a roadside drain. Despite this, the accused managed to escape from the spot leaving the vehicle and waving weapons.

Police took possession of Scorpio

As soon as information about the incident was received, several police teams reached the spot. The police have taken possession of the Scorpio stuck in the drain and started investigating it.
