1. Tension remained in the Gurudwara for three days: Nihangs had moved to the third and fourth floors of Nagarasu Damdama Sahib Gurdwara. He had locked himself from inside. Due to this, the concern of the administration and Gurudwara management had increased.

2. Nihang group arrived from Punjab: To resolve the matter, a group of Nihangs from Punjab reached Nagarasu. He talked to the Nihangs present above, after which everyone was persuaded to come down.

3. Some Nihangs had already disembarked: After explaining on Sunday night, a Nihang came down. On Monday morning, two other Nihangs reached down to get food. After this, talks continued with the rest of the Nihangs also.

4. Incident of stone pelting and sword waving: When the situation became tense, the matter of stone pelting also came to light. A Nihang had come forward with a sword. However, the police took control of the situation.

There was a dispute between the Gurudwara management and the Nihangs: According to preliminary information, the dispute was not between the local people but between the Gurudwara management and the Nihangs. The matter escalated after both the parties could not agree. After this the Nihangs went to the upper floors.
