Big accident in Kolkata: Roof of under construction warehouse collapsed, about 50-60 workers buried under debris, fear of many deaths.

Kolkata Accident Warehouse : A major accident took place in Taratalla, Kolkata on Wednesday. Here, 50-60 workers are buried under the debris after the roof of an under-construction warehouse collapsed. Rescue operation is going on to take them out. Many deaths are suspected in this incident.

According to the information, five people are feared dead after the roof of a warehouse being built near Taratala, Kolkata collapsed and many others are trapped under the debris. Some injured have been rescued, while rescue operations are underway. Fire and emergency service personnel and police have reached the spot. If sources are to be believed, at the time of the accident many laborers were working under the roof of the warehouse under construction. When the roof collapsed, large iron beams and concrete debris fell on the workers below, due to which the workers got buried under the debris. Relief and rescue operations are underway. Rescue teams and Kolkata Police personnel are present at the spot. NDRF team has also reached the spot to help in rescue and relief work.
