When the media repeatedly asked questions on the financial help received from China, Bangladesh Foreign Minister Khalilur Rahman angrily replied that our PM has not taken a begging bowl to China. He has gone to improve relations between Bangladesh and China.
Speaking to the media in Dhaka, Bangladesh Foreign Minister said on PM’s foreign tour that the leader of any country does not get involved in international diplomacy by taking a begging bowl.

In response to questions about the direct project received from China, Bangladesh Foreign Minister Khalilur Rahman told journalists that you mentioned receiving cash. Brothers, please do not ask any such question; This is a matter of great embarrassment for me. Khalilur Rahman further said that the Bangladesh PM had gone to China to decide the direction and scope of relations between the two countries. He further said that no head of government sits with the leader of another country with paper and pencil, nor does he carry a begging bowl. Please maintain some self-respect.

17 agreements were signed between the two countries
Bangladesh Foreign Minister during a press briefing at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Saturday Khalilur Rahman has given this statement, which was regarding Prime Minister Tariq Rahman’s recent visits to Malaysia and China. It is noteworthy that after the massive victory in the elections held in Bangladesh after the overthrow of Sheikh Hasina, BNP government chief Tariq set out on his first foreign trip and reached Malaysia on June 21. The next day he visited Dalian, a city in north-eastern China.

After attending the annual meeting of the World Economic Forum Bangladesh Prime Minister Tariq Rahman Arrived in Beijing on Wednesday to begin the three-day trip. According to media reports, a total of 17 MoUs were signed between the two countries.
