Heart is healthy: If you eat one medium sized guava daily then it makes your heart healthy. Being rich in high fiber and potassium, it helps in controlling bad cholesterol and blood pressure. The anti-oxidants present in it protect the blood vessels from oxidative stress and keep the heart healthy.
