New Delhi. Acharya Balkrishna, a close associate of Baba Ramdev and General Secretary of Patanjali Yogpeeth, has got a big relief from the CBI Court of Dehradun. The court yesterday acquitted him in a 15-year-old case of obtaining a passport on the basis of fake educational and other documents. On the decision, Yoga Guru Swami Ramdev said that the court has proved Balakrishna innocent, on which we are happy, he also claimed that a deep conspiracy was hatched against Swami Ramdev, Balakrishna and Patanjali, but it was exposed by the court's decision.

Balkrishna was tortured for 15 years
He also said that Acharya Balkrishna was mentally tortured for 15 years. He was defamed and maligned. After facing 15 years of torture, the court has given us justice, which we welcome. He said that such a conspiracy was being hatched that Balkrishna should be kept in jail for 15 years, then he should be tortured in jail, and after that he should be murdered in jail. Along with this, false and fake allegations should be made against Swami Ramdev and he should also be sent to jail and Patanjali should be abolished.
On the court's decision, Balakrishna said that he had full faith in the justice system. However, he said that the long judicial process was very tiring and during this he had to face insults, defamation and negative energy of the people. However, there is also happiness that justice was finally achieved.
Conspiracy hatched to destroy Patanjali

Swami Ramdev alleged that in this way a deep conspiracy was hatched against Ramdev, Balkrishna and Patanjali and which was ended by the CBI Court of Dehradun with its decision. With Balakrishna being proved innocent it has become clear that ultimately truth has won, Sanatan has won. We did not know that it would take so many years for truth to prevail.
He said that Acharya Balkrishna endured the humiliation of mental torture for 15 years, it was the result of his morale that he and all of us got justice. Praising the morale of Acharya, he said that Acharya Balkrishna dedicated his life for Ayurveda and Sanatan. The court clearly said that the prosecution could not prove the allegations leveled against Balakrishna and declared him innocent.
Earlier, the Special Judicial Magistrate (CBI) court yesterday acquitted Balkrishna along with his co-accused Naresh Chandra Dwivedi, who was accused of providing him fake documents. In 2011, CBI had registered a case and started investigation on the basis of complaint made regarding Balkrishna being a Nepali citizen and obtaining Indian passport on the basis of fake documents. However, after a long hearing, the court acquitted these accused.
