Kejriwal said that, to give a real option to the people of Goa, Goa Forward Party and Aam Aadmi Party have together formed an alliance named “Goa First”. The people of Goa have been cheated twice. Now they will not be cheated for the third time. Even though BJP and Congress fight with each other during elections, behind closed doors they come together, make deals and help each other in forming the government. Goa needs a real alternative that truly puts Goa first.

He further said, when more than half of the members of the BJP government are Congressmen, then it is clear that this is neither a BJP government nor a Congress government. This is a government of money and mafia, where “your pocket first” is given priority instead of “Goa first”. BJP leaders openly claim that they can form the government even with six seats. How? With the support of Congress. The people of Goa deserve better. They want change.

Kejriwal said, till now, the people of Goa did not have much option other than BJP and Congress. “Goa First” changes this situation by providing a strong, credible and different alternative to BJP-Congress. There is little possibility of BJP getting majority, while Congress MLAs can once again switch sides and form the BJP government. “Goa First” gives people a reliable option. We will win on our own and form a government dedicated to the people of Goa.
