In continuation of the campaign being run by Superintendent of Police Sonbhadra Abhishek Verma against crime and criminals, under the efficient supervision of Additional Superintendent of Police (Headquarters) Anil Kumar and Area Officer Obra Prabhat Rai, effective action is being taken by the Kon Police to arrest the wanted accused related to the Gangster Act.
In the same sequence, on 03.09.2026, on the information of a particular informer, the wanted accused Dharmendra Yadav, son of Indrajit Yadav, resident of Parati, police station Ketar, district Garhwa, Jharkhand, related to FIR No. 143/2026, Section 3 (1) of Uttar Pradesh Gangster and Anti-Social Activities Prevention Act, police station Kon, district Sonbhadra, resident of Parati, police station Ketar, district Garhwa, Jharkhand, was arrested. He was arrested as per rules from Chanchikala Pulia under police station area. The arrested accused was presented before the court after completing the necessary legal proceedings.
