Tezzbuzz Desk- Party chief Akhilesh Yadav has given his reaction regarding the new dress code implemented in Samajwadi Party's student wing Samajwadi Chhatra Sabha. When blue colored uniform was decided for the members of the student organization, Akhilesh Yadav said that there will be a new beginning with the new uniform. He said that uniform creates a sense of equality and uniformity among the students.
Akhilesh Yadav said during the student assembly program that the party is now preparing to communicate directly with the new generation students and youth. Under this, a two-week student awareness campaign will be started. During this campaign, students will be visited in colleges, universities and hostels and an effort will be made to understand their problems and ideas.
Emphasis on communication with Gen Z and Gen Alpha
Akhilesh Yadav said that the reach among the youth of Gen Z and Gen Alpha will be increased through Samajwadi Chhatra Sabha. He said that in the coming times it is necessary to connect the youth with organizations and politics. The ideas and suggestions of the youth will also be included in the upcoming manifesto of the party.
He said that the aim of the party is to work together with the youth towards building a new India. Akhilesh also said that the Samajwadi Party will try to learn from the student unions of institutions like Oxford and Cambridge on how the democratic system can be further strengthened.
Akhilesh gave new meaning to PDA also
During the program, Akhilesh Yadav also explained the party's famous PDA formula in a different way. He said that PDA can also mean love, kindness and affection. He said that the party will try to connect the youth of the new generation with itself and increase communication with them.
What did Akhilesh say about blue color?
The identity of the Samajwadi Party has long been associated with the red cap and red colour. However, ahead of the 2027 Uttar Pradesh Assembly elections, the presence of blue color seems to be increasing in the party's political platform. On the dress code of blue T-shirt, Akhilesh Yadav said that it is a good thing to associate blue color with Bahujan Samaj and Baba Saheb. He linked blue color with ideology, workforce and new generation and said that it is also the color of the new generation.
Blue dress code implemented in student assembly
According to reports, a blue dress code has now been implemented for the members of Samajwadi Chhatra Sabha. It gives the option of wearing a blue shirt and trousers or a blue t-shirt with blue jeans.
Politically, this change is not being considered limited to the dress code only. Colors have special importance in the politics of Uttar Pradesh as social and political symbols. In such a situation, giving prominence to blue color in the student organization before the 2027 assembly elections is being considered as part of the Samajwadi Party's strategy to reach out to the new generation and wider social groups. Akhilesh Yadav also said that less than 100 days are left for the assembly elections. In such a situation, the party is preparing to increase its activism among students and youth.
