Hyderabad Toxic Mega Event: The excitement around Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-ups reached the next level in Hyderabad as over 45,000 fans turned out for the grand pre-release event ahead of the film's worldwide theatrical release on August 26, 2026. In this explosive evening, Rocking Star Yash, Kiara Advani, Rukmini Vasanth, Huma Qureshi, Akshay Oberoi, Sudev Nair, Producer Venkat K. The presence of Narayan and producer Dil Raju made the atmosphere even more electrifying.
Akshay Oberoi said- 'I am very happy to be here'
Akshay Oberoi, playing the character of Tony in the film, talked about his special connection with Andhra Pradesh and the love he found in Hyderabad. He said, “I am very happy and honored to be here tonight. My parents grew up in Visakhapatnam, Andhra and my father grew up in this wonderful city. So it is very special to be here among all of you. I am very impressed by your city. I am from Mumbai, so it is a very good experience for me to be here. Lots of love to you all.”
Akshay further said, “Like all of you, I am also a big fan of Boss. The most special thing about him is that he is a very proud Indian. I knew from the beginning that he wanted to make a film that his audience would be proud of. A film that is of international and global scale and of which we all can be proud.”
