Read Entertainment Desk. Arjun Rampal married his long-term partner Gabriella Demetriades in a private ceremony in Goa on Friday. The couple registered their marriage at the sub-registrar office in Mapusa, Goa in the presence of some of their friends and completed the necessary formalities.
Arjun and Gabriella reached the registrar office in casual clothes around 4 pm on Friday evening. He took special permission from the Assistant Public Prosecutor of the local court to shorten the 15-day period required between the first and second signatures under local law. Sub-registrar Suraj Vernekar confirmed that the marriage was registered under the state's Uniform Civil Code, and the marriage certificate would be issued to the couple after 15 days.
Gabriella Demetriades is a South African citizen, and a model and fashion designer by profession. The couple is currently living in Sukkoro village near Panaji. According to reports, Arjun and Gabriella started dating in late 2018, which was a few months after Arjun announced his separation from his first wife Mehr Jessia.
In 2019, Arjun and Gabriella welcomed their first son, Arik, followed by their second son, Ariv, in 2023. In December last year, Arjun had confirmed his engagement with Gabriella on Rhea Chakraborty's podcast.
Meanwhile, Arjun and Mehr's divorce was finalized in 2019. Both of them are raising their two children – 24 year old Mahika and 21 year old Myra – together.
On the professional front, Arjun Rampal was recently seen in the controversial film 'Sutlej', which was removed from ZEE5 following government instructions. The actor was also recently seen playing the role of Major Iqbal in the 'Dhurandhar' franchise.
