CUET (UG) 2026 exam to be held on May 28 postponed
CUET UG Exam: There is big news for the candidates preparing for CUET (UG) 2026 i.e. Common University Entrance Test. National Testing Agency has announced the postponement of CUET (UG) examination scheduled to be held on 28 May 2026. This exam was to be conducted in two shifts, but for now it has been postponed.
Exam postponed due to change in Bakrid holiday
According to the official notification issued by NTA, this decision has been taken after the Government of India changed the date of Eid-ul-Zuha i.e. Bakrid holiday. It is believed that NTA has postponed the examination of May 28 keeping in mind the festival and the convenience of the candidates.
New date of examination will be announced soon
NTA has made it clear in its statement that for the candidates whose exam was scheduled on May 28, the new date of exam will be announced soon. However, the revised schedule has not been released yet. NTA has advised the candidates to keep checking their official website and updates regularly.
