Mohanlalganj, Lucknow. In Samesi town of Nagaram police station area, late on Monday night, two drunken bullies beat up a laborer sitting at a fruit shop and beat him with kicks and punches and left him bleeding. On the complaint of the victim, the police registered a case against both of them and issued a challan for disturbing the peace.
Laborer Mahendra Kumar, resident of Samesi village of Nagaram area, told the police in his complaint that on Monday night he was sitting at a fruit shop in the town. Meanwhile, Vineet, a resident of Shahmohammadpur Appaiya, reached there with his friend Chhotalal.
It is alleged that both were under the influence of alcohol and started abusing unnecessarily. When the victim protested, both of them started beating him. Police station in-charge Ajani Kumar Singh said that on the complaint of the victim, a case has been registered against the accused and a challan has been issued for disturbing the peace.
