Bhopal. In Madhya Pradesh, a surprise inspection of three hospitals of Bhopal was conducted by the Chief Executive Officer, Ayushman Bharat Arvind Shah and the departmental team on Sunday to check the compliance of the provisions and guidelines prescribed in the hospitals under the Ayushman Bharat Scheme.
If irregularities were found during inspection, it has been decided to suspend Yashvi Multispecialty Hospital, Suryansh Multispecialty Hospital and Maruti Multispecialty Hospital under the Ayushman Bharat scheme with immediate effect.
Show cause notices have been issued to the hospitals concerned and instructions have been given to submit explanations within 10 days. Also, instructions have been given to audit the entire previous claims of the hospitals. Based on the clarification and findings of the investigation, further action will be taken as per rules.
Ayushman Bharat Office is continuously monitoring and inspecting the hospitals for transparent and effective operation of the scheme and to ensure quality health services to the beneficiaries. Strict action is being taken as per rules against violation of the provisions of the scheme or any kind of irregularity.
