Big order of the Emperor's government! Now officers will have to face heavy charges for disconnecting calls from MLAs and MPs

The Samrat government of Bihar has issued strict guidelines for the administrative officers regarding the respect of the MPs and MLAs of the state. In this new order issued by the General Administration Department, officials have been clearly instructed to take full care of the position, dignity and respect of the public representatives.

Now no big or small official of the state will be able to ignore the public representatives. According to the letter issued by the General Administration Department, it has been made mandatory for the officers to immediately answer the call of any MP or MLA.

If you miss the call, call back as soon as you finish.

In the new order issued by the government, a provision has been made that if any MP or MLA contacts any officer, he should be attended to immediately. If an officer is unable to pick up the phone due to being busy in some urgent meeting or government work, then as soon as the busyness ends, he will have to call back the concerned public representative himself.

The main objective of this new system is to ensure that public representatives do not have to make repeated calls or wait to express their views or convey public problems to the authorities.

Immediate action will be taken on the letters of MP and MLA

Apart from phone calls, strict rules have also been set regarding official letters and applications sent by public representatives. Now, as soon as the letter is received from any MP or MLA, the officer will first have to send its receipt or information to the concerned public representative.

After this, complete information about what action has been taken on the issue of public interest or complaint raised in that letter and what is the current status of the related work will have to be made available to the public representative in writing within a certain time limit.

Officials will have to give complete protocol on reaching office

If any MP or MLA reaches the officer's office in connection with any public problem or departmental work, it will be mandatory to give him full respect and necessary administrative protocol as per his constitutional post.

The government believes that public representatives are a very important link between the general public and the government system. This is the reason why all the police officers, divisional commissioners, district magistrates (DM) and heads of departments of all government departments of the state have been asked to strictly follow these instructions. Government Secretary Mohd. Sohail has issued an official order in this regard.
