New revolution of education in Bihar, 120 teachers got a dose of modern training, the style of government schools will change.

Bihar News: To change the face and character of government schools of Bihar, the Education Department has started work on a big plan. Now children of government schools will also be able to study in modern and play-based ways on the lines of convents. The District Education Officer has shared a very important information in this regard. He said that the entire focus of the department is no longer limited to just constructing rooms in schools or improving basic facilities. Real changes are being brought in the methods of education of children, so that children of government schools can also progress in every field.

To implement this entire campaign on the ground, teachers are being prepared first. In this series, about 120 teachers of the district have been given a special and advanced training. This training has been completed with the help of State Council of Educational Research and Training i.e. SCERT Patna and District Institute of Education and Training i.e. DIET. The main objective of this training is to take the teachers out of the traditional pattern and prepare them according to the demands of modern times. Teachers who have returned after receiving training will now be seen teaching children in a completely new style in schools.

Emphasis on activity based learning

In this special training camp, teachers have been inspired not to teach only from books in the class. Teachers have been taught to make difficult lessons easy through activity-based teaching i.e. games and different activities. When children learn something by doing it themselves or through a game, that thing gets stuck in their mind forever. This method proves to be most effective for primary and middle school children and it will also increase the attendance of children in schools.

Modern Evaluation and School Management

During the training, teachers were also explained in detail about modern evaluation techniques. Now the ability of children will not be measured only by the marks of half yearly or annual examinations. Teachers will keep an eye on the behavior of the children in the class on a daily basis, their learning pace and their creativity. Apart from this, the tricks of school management i.e. running the school in a better way have also been taught, so that the school environment can be made child-friendly and safe.

The biggest feature of this new system is that now children of government schools will also be able to take full advantage of digital technology. Through this technology, children will be able to connect directly with expert teachers of the state and country and get their guidance. With this, children of rural areas will also be able to get quality education like in big cities.
