According to the allegation, based on the viral video of the firing that took place near Khan sir’s coaching institute, the Kadam Kuan police station has registered a case against Khan sir and his two security personnel under various sections of the Indian Penal Code and Arms Act, the number of which is Kadam Kuan police station case number 418/2026. According to the allegations in the FIR, on the instructions of Khan Sir and his colleagues, his security personnel opened fire on the people who were creating ruckus near Khan Sir’s coaching institute.
