Deoria. The dispute that started over construction of breaker on the road in Deoria district of Uttar Pradesh turned violent. 50-year-old Rameshwar Tiwari is accused of being attacked with sticks during a dispute in Bhikam Chhapra village of Lar police station area. Seriously injured Rameshwar was taken to the hospital, where doctors declared him dead. Rameshwar Tiwari is said to be a worker associated with Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS).
There was a dispute over making a breaker in front of the house
It is being told that a concrete road was being constructed in the village. The road was passing in front of Rameshwar Tiwari's house. Rameshwar wanted to get a breaker built in front of his house, which was being opposed by the neighbors. There was a dispute between the two parties regarding this matter and the matter reached the level of fighting.
Attacked with sticks, Rameshwar fell on the ground
After the dispute escalated, Rameshwar Tiwari was accused of being attacked. He got seriously injured in the fight and fell down. After the incident, the family members immediately took him to the Community Health Center (CHC). When his condition became serious, the doctors referred him to Deoria District Hospital. On reaching the hospital, doctors declared him dead.
Police reached the village as soon as the information was received
After getting information about the incident, Lar police station reached the spot. Deoria Superintendent of Police Abhijeet R. Shankar also inspected the spot. The police have taken the body into their custody and sent it for post-mortem. After the incident, police force was deployed in view of the tension in the village.
Three teams formed to arrest the accused
According to the police, written complaints are being taken from the family members regarding the incident. To arrest the accused, three police teams have been formed, which are raiding possible hideouts. Police are investigating the entire incident and the role of the people involved in the dispute is being ascertained.
