Cognizant Talent Accelerator: Cognizant (NASDAQ: CTSH), a leading AI builder and technology services provider, today has IIM Bangalore, IIM Kozhikode, IIM Lucknow, ISB, Hyderabad, SPJIMR, Mumbai, FMS, Delhi University and XLRI-Xavier School of Management, ( Cognizant Talent Accelerator ) Launched its Talent Accelerator Program with 489 newly recruited graduates from 58 Business Schools (B-Schools) in 37 cities across India, including flagship institutions such as Jamshedpur.

The program is a two-week immersive onboarding held simultaneously across Cognizant's facilities in Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Pune. which is designed to help new hires learn about the company and its values. This includes direct interaction with Cognizant's business and leadership teams as well as functional, sales and marketing training.

Cognizant is ramping up its recruitment of non-STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) talent to develop the interdisciplinary skills demanded in the age of artificial intelligence, with newly hired B-school graduates reflecting this approach. More than 37% of the cohort comes from non-STEM backgrounds, spanning liberal arts disciplines such as sociology and psychology, professional fields such as office management and secretarial practice, and design-focused fields such as industrial design. More than 42% are women, in line with Cognizant's commitment to inclusion.

The company recently pledged to expand its Frontier-certified workforce commitment to 5,000 Frontier Certified Engineers and 10,000 Frontier Business Operators.
