  • The Special Cell of Delhi Police has issued this order after the approval of the Home Ministry.
  • Airtel, Jio, Vodafone-Idea (Vi) and MTNL have been instructed to implement the order.
  • The ban will remain in force on all mobile internet technologies.
  • According to the new advisory of Delhi Metro, entry and exit at 45 stations will remain closed from 9 pm on October 9 to 6 pm on October 10.
  • Earlier there was a plan to limit entry and exit at 57 metro stations, but later it was changed.
  • Due to security arrangements, a total of 254 trains have been canceled between 4 am and 2 pm on October 10.
  • The canceled trains include 75 mail and express trains and 179 local trains.
  • Due to cancellation of trains, services connecting Delhi to Ghaziabad, Meerut, Panipat and Kurukshetra have been affected.
