Mumbai: The trailer for Sunny Deol’s much-awaited film “Partition 1947” has been released. Produced under the banner of Aamir Khan Productions, the film is directed by Rajkumar Santoshi. Following the trailer’s release, viewers are excited about the film on social media. The film is based on the partition of India and Pakistan, and attempts to bring the story of pain, separation, and humanity of that era to the big screen.

Sunny Deol appears in the trailer as a man who sticks to his principles under all circumstances. Shabana Azmi plays a strong and wise elderly woman who becomes the family’s greatest strength. Preity Zinta’s character also strives to keep the family united under all circumstances.
In addition to Sunny Deol, Shabana Azmi, and Preity Zinta, the film also stars Karan Deol, Ali Fazal, and Abhimanyu Singh in pivotal roles. Significantly, after nearly 30 years, director Rajkumar Santoshi and Sunny Deol have reunited on the big screen.
The film received an ‘A’ certificate.
Recently, Sunny Deol announced on social media that the film had been approved by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) without any cuts and had been granted an ‘A’ certificate. Before the trailer’s release, the actor shared a photo with his mother, dedicating it to all mothers in the world.
