Flydubai Flight Incident: 'Kill me…' the fundamentalist attacker was continuously shouting inside the plane

Flydubai Flight Incident: The dentist who helped save the life of a Flydubai pilot who was attacked with a knife has said that the radical hijacker repeatedly pleaded to 'kill me' after failing to bring down the plane. New footage of the crew injured in this entire incident has emerged. The pilot was stabbed during an attack by a religious fundamentalist. At that time it seemed as if he was trying to carry out a terrorist attack like 9/11.

Let us tell you here that on Wednesday (September 30, 2026), there was bloodshed at an altitude of 34,000 feet in flydubai flight FZ1073 going from Dubai to Tel Aviv, when the flight captain was stabbed by his co-pilot. Despite being stabbed, the captain was struggling to control the jet and save the lives of the 174 passengers on board. During this time, the brave passengers on board the plane overpowered the attacker by throwing him on the ground and tying him up, while other passengers tried to regain control of the rapidly falling jet and also helped the badly injured Indian Captain Smit Machar.

Video captured by passengers showed the attacker (who is said to be a religious fundamentalist from Oman) lying unconscious on the ground next to Smit Machar. After this, new footage of the blood-soaked attacker has emerged, in which he is sitting on the ground of the plane (the plane had landed safely in Saudi Arabia), his head bowed and his hands tied. Smit Machar was taken out on a stretcher.

The attacker was pleading to save his life

One of the brave passengers on board the plane was Georgian Jewish dentist Shota Musaev. In an exclusive interview with 'Daily Mail' after returning to Israel, 47-year-old Musaev told how he ran to help the dying Smit Machar, while the attacker was pleading with him to end his life. Everything was going well, then suddenly we realized that the plane was falling rapidly. We thought it was just turbulence. I took out my camera and started filming. Exactly half a minute later we heard voices from the front. There was a shouting sound and a woman's scream – 'Chaaku-Chaaku'.

The terrorist was dragged to the bar

Georgian Jewish dentist Shota Musaev said that I realized that it was a terrorist attack and I joined the people ahead of me, who were the first to enter the cockpit and pulled the terrorist out. He told that the group of four passengers caught hold of the attacker's neck and pulled him out of the cockpit. He further said that we controlled the terrorist by tying his hands and legs. During this time the attacker just said to us – 'Kill me.'

There could have been a major terrorist attack

On the other hand, the injured Smit Machar has been praised for his bravery internationally, including by Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. Musayev believes that the pilot's opening the cockpit door so people could enter was a turning point in the plane's survival. He said that if the cockpit had remained closed, perhaps we would not have been able to do anything. This would have been another September 11 incident, similar to what happened in America. By successfully stopping the suicide mission, the dentist believes that the world has been saved from a war.
