Let us tell you that in the flight going from Dubai to Tel Aviv, the co-pilot allegedly attacked Captain Machar inside the cockpit. The Captain also suffered serious injuries on his head, neck and hands in this attack. Also started bleeding profusely. After the incident, the passengers helped to control the attacker, while Dr. Musayev rushed to the captain's side.

'Don't sleep, we need you'

Dr. Musayev told that the Captain was bleeding continuously from his head and hands. Due to limited medical resources on the plane, he applied pressure to the wounds using T-shirts and ice packs. He tried to control the bleeding like this for about 45 minutes. During this time, the dentist kept talking to the Captain so that he did not faint. Apart from this, he asked them about their children and family and said – 'Don't be afraid, you will go back to your family, we are going to land soon.'

At one time the pulse had become very low.

According to Musayev, the Captain's pulse had become very low at one point. So they raised his legs, after which his pulse came back. As soon as he saw the captain's lips turning blue, he asked the crew to make the landing as soon as possible, because he felt that the captain did not have much time.

The Captain expressed his pain and asked for help and said that he did not want to die. Dr. Musayev gave him water little by little. Whereas due to heavy bleeding he avoided giving pain pills. He said that shaking the Captain or giving unnecessary medicine could have made the situation worse.

Emergency landing in Saudi Arabia

Let us tell you that after this attack the plane was diverted and landed in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. There Captain Machar was handed over to the medical team. Dr. Musayev said that not only he, but many passengers and crew members present in the plane played an important role in this entire incident. According to him, if timely medical help was not provided, the Captain's life could have been in danger due to excessive bleeding.
