Judge Nicholas Garaufis of the District Court for the Eastern District of New York late Monday permanently dismissed all criminal charges related to securities fraud and wire fraud filed against Adani Group. According to legal experts, this decision makes it clear that all the allegations leveled against Adani Group and its officials were completely false. Senior Supreme Court advocate Mahesh Jethmalani said that this decision is a complete clean chit for Adani Group and now such allegations cannot be made again.
