People of Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) and other organizations opened a front against the Election Commission and Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar for the second consecutive day on 11 October. The protesters want to reach Jantar Mantar demanding complete cancellation of Special Intensive Revision (SIR), but Delhi Police has made such a cordon and strategy to stop the protesters that it has become difficult for them to reach here. Delhi Police along with the Central Forces is working on a strategy that no protestor should be allowed to enter Central Delhi nor should they be allowed to demonstrate here.
Police have surrounded the entire Central Delhi in several layers. Although the situation has become somewhat normal after the Supreme Court's order to restore railway, metro and internet services on Sunday, the same strictness is being taken against the protesters as before.

The protesters are dodging
The protesters are dodging the forces like Delhi Police, BSF, RAF, CRP, ITBP, SSB, from the outskirts of Central Delhi to the interior areas, defying the security arrangements. The protesters are not gathering at any one place but are gathering at different places and from there the police are taking them into custody.
On Sunday, the police detained the protesters below the Ram Krishna Ashram (RK Ashram) metro station. As soon as the protesters moved forward, protesting against the Election Commission, CEC Gyanesh Kumar, Delhi Police and PM Modi, a large number of police present at the spot took them into custody. Apart from the Central Forces, male and female soldiers from Uttar Pradesh were present to support the police.
Apart from this, the protesters entered both the outer and inner circles of Connaught Place. Police detained some protesters on Janpath Road in Outer Circle, while some near Gate No. 6 of Rajiv Chowk metro station. In this way, the protesters are crossing all the security arrangements of Delhi Police and reaching Central Delhi to demonstrate against the Election Commission.
