A 22-year-old girl, resident of Qasim Bazar police station area of Munger district of Bihar, has made serious allegations against Sub Inspector Kundan Krishna posted at Chandradeep police station of Jamui district of physical exploitation on the pretext of marriage. The girl claims that she became friends with the inspector through Facebook, they had a love affair and after that the inspector married her in the temple. After marriage, they took her to different hotels for about seven months and exploited her and later refused to keep her together. After the cognizance and intervention of the Women's Commission, an FIR has been registered against the accused Inspector in Munger Mahila Police Station. Police has started the investigation of the matter. The accused Inspector is said to be currently posted in Jamui district.
According to the victim, she was introduced to Kundan Krishna through Facebook in February 2026. After this, conversations started between the two on phone and WhatsApp calls. Gradually a love affair developed between the two. According to the girl, both of them used to talk for hours. The inspector had assured her of marriage. The girl alleges that on February 13, Kundan called her to Peer Pahar in Munger. There he got married by putting vermilion on her forehead. After this both of them reached Chandika place, where the marriage took place. The girl claims that the entire incident of the wedding that took place in the temple must have been captured in the CCTV cameras installed there. The girl has told the police that the priest and some people were present in the temple. After marriage, both of them started living like husband and wife.

Accused of being taken to different hotels
According to the girl, after the marriage the inspector took her to different hotels in Munger and Begusarai. She alleged that she was taken to Vinayak Hotel in Jamalpur on May 6 and June 13 and Radha Swami Hotel in Begusarai on July 5 and had sexual intercourse with her there. The victim has claimed that there is evidence related to these incidents in the hotel register and CCTV footage. The victim told the police that the inspector used to enter hotels by showing off his uniform. No one even had any doubts. He used to take her to the hotel, calling her husband and wife. Kept rotating like this for seven months. Whenever she asked about staying together forever, he used to avoid it.
15 thousand rupees were given to open the parlor
The girl told that the accused had also given her financial help of Rs 15,000 to open a parlor. Apart from this, he was also given money and saree on the occasion of Vat Savitri fast. According to the girl, whenever she talked to the accused about living with her, he avoided it by saying that he would keep her with him after his elder brother's marriage. The girl told that she kept trusting the inspector's words. She felt that he would really keep her as his wife. That's why she continued to obey everything he said. After opening the parlor she wanted to stand on her feet.

Allegation of assault in police station
The woman alleges that on July 10, she insisted on keeping her with the accused. After this the accused called him near Jamui bus stand and took him to a rented house. The girl has accused him of forcibly having sex with her there. According to the girl, the next day on July 11, the accused asked her to take Rs 5 lakh and go back to Munger. He also talked about getting the marriage fixed at another place. The victim alleged that when she protested, she was taken to Chandradeep police station. There he was abused and beaten. She also alleged that the accused threatened her to be a police officer. The girl told that other policemen present in the police station also threatened her. They said that getting into trouble with the Inspector would be costly. After this, she somehow escaped from there and came to Munger and complained to the Women's Commission.
