According to property registration documents obtained by CRE Matrix, Khushi Kapoor has purchased a flat with 180 square feet carpet area in Samtadeep Building, 25th Road, Bandra West. The built-up area of this property is 216 square feet. Khushi Kapoor has bought this flat from Farooq Chagla for Rs 63 lakh. He paid stamp duty of Rs 3.15 lakh for the deal. The property was registered on 1 September 2026. Based on the registration price, the cost of the flat comes to around Rs 35,000 per square foot carpet area.
