Now Kushal Tandon has given clarification on this entire matter. In an interview given to Pinkvilla, he said that his words had nothing to do with Gauhar Khan. He says that it was just a normal and funny conversation with Zaid. According to Kushal, he smokes a particular brand of cigarette and Zaid also wanted to smoke the same brand of cigarette. Not only this, when he used to make coffee for himself, Zaid liked to drink from his coffee. Regarding this, he jokingly told Zaid that you like everything about me.
'People didn't get the real fight'
Kushal also said that people made their normal conversation bigger than necessary. He says that some people did not find any big fight in the show, so he gave a different angle to this normal conversation. The actor also made it clear that the conversation between him and Zaid took place in a very light-hearted and funny manner. He believes that when someone's intentions are clear and heart is pure then such things do not make any difference.
