Shreya Kalra has officially won Lock Upp Season 2, defeating favourite Shivangi Joshi in an intense grand finale battle. The social media influencer bagged the golden handcuffs trophy along with the Rs 1 crore cash prize after surviving weeks of intense tasks and fierce house rivalries.
Co-hosted by Farah Khan and Riteish Deshmukh on Netflix, the grand finale wrapped up a season defined by explosive secret confessions and game-changing twists.
How Were Ram Kapoor And Shilpa Shinde Evicted Near The Finish Line?
The big finale began with a shocker as two of the most promising competitors Ram Kapoor and Shilpa Shinde failed to make it to the top three. The top five contestants, Ram, Shilpa, Shreya, Shivangi, and Yogesh competed in a high stake puzzle game, where wrong answers automatically meant getting eliminated from the contest. Ram ended up losing the game and had to bid goodbye to his journey in fifth position.
After he got eliminated, the other four contestants competed for a chance to get into the top three using the box manipulation task. Smart play of the others resulted in Shilpa Shinde choosing the box labeled “terminated.”
What Happened During The Fiery Media And Jury Confrontations?
Before the final voting round, the top three contestants went through a harsh examination process carried out by an acting and influencer jury panel. Yogesh Rawat received flak for his arrogance, while Shivangi Joshi got grilled about her tactical equation with Harshad Chopda and how she won back the position of being one of the finalists.
For her part, Shreya received some difficult questions from the jurors. The guest influencer, Awez Darbar, grilled her on the allegations made against her by her ex-crush in Bigg Boss 19. Actress Mannara Chopra also grilled Shivangi over her relationship with Harshad. While Shreya was grilled for using harsh words and having conflicts with other contestants, the jury appreciated her dominant gameplay.

Following the jury votes which made Yogesh Rawat evicted as the third place finalist, the last showdown involved Shreya and Shivangi. The ultimate winner of the competition was determined by a cumulative voting system conducted by past contestants, jury members, and the prison wardens of the TV series. Finally, the producer Ekta Kapoor declared Shreya Kalra as the winner.
Shreya’s journey inside the jail was anything but smooth. Entering with a rebellious tag after an opening-day clash with Ram Kapoor, she was quickly alienated by the house. Despite locking horns with major names like Akanksha Choudhary, Harshad Chopda, and Shivangi Joshi, her unfiltered personality and vocal gameplay saw fans dubbing the season “The Shreya Kalra Show.” Supported closely by Madhuri Jain Grover and Shilpa Shinde, her relentless resilience ultimately carried her to victory.
