For many families, the ringing phone remained the last hope, but the voice coming from the other end stopped forever.

The biggest question: Where was the security system?
This accident raises big questions not only about the fire but also about the security arrangements. The investigating agencies will now find out whether fire safety rules were followed in the building? Was there an emergency exit? Were there adequate arrangements to extinguish the fire? Because this accident has once again reminded that innocent lives often pay the price of carelessness.
