Cashew nuts, half cup, tomato 500 grams, oil 2 tablespoons, butter 3 tablespoons, dry red chilli 2, black cardamom 2, cumin 1 teaspoon, onion 2 cups, green chilli 2, ginger 1 tablespoon, garlic one tablespoon, turmeric a pinch, Kashmiri chilli powder one and a half teaspoon, coriander powder 1 tablespoon, salt as per taste, garam masala half teaspoon, cheese 200 grams, one capsicum, one Onion, one tomato, oil 2 tbsp, butter 1 tbsp, garlic 1 tsp, Kasoori fenugreek powder a big pinch, coriander, chopped handful, cream

How to make Paneer Khurchan

    • first step: To make Paneer Khurchan, first make tomato puree. Now, turn on the gas and place a pan on it, add oil and butter. Add dry red chilli, black cardamom and cumin seeds, let them crackle and add finely chopped onion. When the onion becomes golden, add crushed garlic, green chilli and ginger to it. After that, add a pinch of turmeric, Kashmiri chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt as per taste. When they are cooked well, add tomato puree and mix well.
    • Second step: Now add oil in a pan. When the oil becomes hot, cook capsicum, onion and cheese until it turns golden. Cut capsicum, onion and cheese into long shapes. When these vegetables are cooked, add them to the spices and cook on medium flame. When the khurchan is cooked, garnish with kasoori methi powder, coriander and cream and then serve hot.
