Manchester City has reportedly agreed a deal to sign Argentina midfielder Enzo Fernandez from Chelsea for 125 million pounds, making him the joint-most expensive player in Premier League history.
According to a report by The AthleticFernandez has been given permission by Chelsea to undergo a medical with Enzo Maresca’s side.

The fee would be equal the British transfer record set by Liverpool’s signing of Swedish striker Alexander Isak from Newcastle United last year.
Fernandez — who has won the UEFA Conference League and FIFA Club World Cup with Chelsea — was signed for a then-British record fee of £106.8 million from Benfica in January 2023 immediately after winning the FIFA World Cup 2022.
