Names of Praful Patel, Chhagan Bhujbal missing from NCP executive list!

A big political controversy has arisen regarding the new national executive of Maharashtra’s Nationalist Congress Party (NCP). The names of senior leaders Praful Patel, Chhagan Bhujbal and Sunil Tatkare are not in the list of National Executive submitted by the party to the Election Commission, after which discussions have intensified in the political circles.

In fact, on April 29, a detailed list related to the National Executive and their responsibilities was sent to the Election Commission by the Nationalist Congress Party. This list going viral in the media includes the names of party’s national president Sunetra Pawar as general secretaries along with Parth Pawar and Jai Pawar. However, names of senior leaders like Praful Patel and Sunil Tatkare are seen missing in the list, due to which a lot of speculations are being made.

This list is currently going viral on social media, regarding which NCP Chief Sunetra Pawar has given clarification. Sunetra Pawar posted on social media platform X clearly saying that there are technical and clerical errors in this list. The list will be republished after corrections are made.

Sunetra Pawar clarified in her post that this is only a technical mistake and there is no political reason behind removing the names of senior party leaders.

Prafulla Patel’s name was missing from this list and was discussed the most. Praful Patel is considered an important strategist for the party at the national level. When late NCP chief Ajit Pawar was waging a political struggle, Praful Patel was with him. Ajit Pawar had the most confidence in him. In such a situation, the absence of Praful Patel’s name in the new team was surprising everyone. However, Sunetra Pawar has now made it clear that a new list will be released.
