The National Investigation Agency (NIA) on Wednesday filed a charge sheet against 13 accused in the car blast case outside Delhi's Red Fort. According to the investigating agency, the conspiracy for this attack was being hatched for a long time. The terrorists took the help of YouTube and Artificial Intelligence (AI) ChatGPT to prepare for the attack. The investigation has also revealed activities related to preparation of explosive devices and use of drones.
NIA has described Dr. Umar Un Nabi as the mastermind of the attack. According to the agency, Umar was present in the same car in which the blast took place and he carried out the blast as a suicide bomber. Investigation also revealed that before the attack, recce of the Red Fort and surrounding areas was done several times. Among 13 terrorists, Umar has died, one accused is absconding, while the remaining accused are in jail.

Chargesheet filed against these 13 accused
NIA has named Dr. Omar Un Nabi, Aamir Rashid Mir, Jasir Bilal Wani, Dr. Muzammil Shakeel alias Muzammil Shakeel Ghani, Dr. Adil Ahmed Rather, Dr. Shaheen Saeed, Irfan Ahmed, Shoaib, Dr. Bilal Nasir Malla, Yasir Ahmed Dar, Zameer Ahmed, Tufail Ahmed Bhat and Muzaffar Ahmed as accused. Among them, Umar has died, while Muzaffar is said to be absconding.
Information taken from YouTube and ChatGPT
According to the charge sheet, Jasir Bilal Wani used YouTube and ChatGPT for information related to explosive devices and rockets. NIA claims that based on information received from the internet, the terrorists had also experimented with preparing a rocket-based explosive device. During investigation, broken parts of this equipment were recovered from Qazigund forest of Anantnag. According to the agency, during interrogation, Jasir also demonstrated preparing the device with the help of dummy items in front of the bomb disposal squad expert.

According to the agency, terrorist Jasir Bilal Wani had searched things like 'how to make a rocket and in what proportion should be mixed to make it work' on YouTube. Apart from this, he also searched things like 'How to make a rocket', 'How to make a rocket with sugar' and 'How to make a rocket with sugar and potassium nitrate' on YouTube.
Preparations were also being made to use drones
NIA investigation has also revealed activities related to drones. According to the agency, Jasir Bilal Wani was given the responsibility of drone related work. A broken drone has been recovered from the forest of Qazigund, which was examined in the forensic lab of Chandigarh. It was described as a remote control drone with a camera, which could connect to the phone via Wi-Fi.

Investigation of Jasir's mobile and cloud data revealed information about watching videos related to drones. At the same time, an empty carton with the name of J2 drone was also recovered from the room of Omar Un Nabi. NIA has included all these activities in the charge sheet linking them with the conspiracy of Red Fort blast.
