NMPB Recruitment 2026: Recruitment for 7 posts in National Medicinal Plants Board, apply offline till 30th July

NMPB Accountant Recruitment 2026: National Medicinal Plants Board (NMPB) has issued recruitment notification for various posts for the candidates preparing for government jobs. The Board has invited applications to fill a total of seven posts on deputation basis. These include posts like Sub-Adviser (Medicinal Plants), Assistant Advisor (Botany), Finance and Administrative Officer, Research Officer, Assistant Research Officer and Accountant.

The application process has started from 26th May and interested candidates can submit applications through offline till 5:30 pm on 30th July 2026. For these posts, master’s degree in the relevant subject and experience as per the post is mandatory. The maximum age limit has been fixed at 56 years. The selection process will include screening of applications, shortlisting and evaluation by the selection committee. Selected candidates will get salary ranging from Rs 35,400 to Rs 2,09,200 per month depending on the post. To apply, candidates will have to fill the prescribed form and send it along with necessary documents to the office of NMPB in New Delhi before the last date.

The application process for all these posts through offline mode has started from 26th May and the last date to apply has been fixed as 30th July. In such a situation, the candidates who want to fill the application form for recruitment to these posts are advised to submit their registration form on or before 5:30 pm on the last date.

Master’s degree and experience required

Let us tell you that the candidates applying should have a Master’s degree in Botany, Pharmacognosy, Agriculture, Agronomy or Forestry as per the relevant post from a recognized institute or university; Master’s Degree in Botany/Pharmacognosy; Five years’ experience in administration, establishment and accounts related matters; Master’s Degree in Botany/Pharmacy (with Pharmacognosy); Master of Science degree in Botany, Pharmacognosy, Forestry, Agriculture, Horticulture, Medicinal Plants, Biotechnology or Pharmacy; There should be nine weeks training in cash and accounts etc.

Candidates up to 56 years of age are eligible

The maximum age of the applicants for recruitment to this post has been fixed at 56 years, which will be calculated on the basis of the last date of application. Eligible candidates will be selected on the basis of stages like screening of applications, evaluation by the selection committee, shortlisting etc., after which the salary of the selected candidates will be between Rs 35,400 to Rs 2,09,200 per month as per the post.

Click on the notification link of the respective recruitment on the homepage and download the application form given in the notification and take a printout of it. After this, fill all the information asked in the application form carefully and attach self-attested copies of the required documents with the application form. Keep the completely filled application form and all the documents in an envelope and send it to the prescribed address through speed post before the last date.
