The Iran-US war has been going on for more than five months. It was heard that both countries are moving forward to restore peace. But the United States deployed more than 20 warships in the Strait of Hormuz to blow that speculation. The goal is the same – to further cripple Tehran financially. It is known that the blockade of the channel has been strengthened to stop all ships leaving the port of Iran.
According to the US military's Central Command (CENTCOM), the warships were deployed to Hormuz on Sunday to support military operations against Iran and strengthen the blockade against Tehran. Besides, the sailors of US Navy's destroyer USS Ross are also there. It is reported that more than 20 warships have been deployed in important waterways of the world.
Meanwhile, Iran's Supreme National Security Council said that Hormuz will not be opened until America corrects its behavior. Mohammad Bagher Zolghadar, the secretary of the National Security Council and commander of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, released a statement. It has been said that Hormuz will be opened only if America complies with Iran's conditions. The conditions are – America must immediately stop attacks in the Middle East, no threats can be made to Tehran, and the war against Iran's allies must also be stopped. In addition, the naval blockade on Iranian ports should be withdrawn, and the army should also be withdrawn. In addition, Iran will have to pay compensation.
The statement also said that the US should lift all sanctions imposed on Tehran and release seized assets. However, Washington has not yet opened its mouth about the whole issue.
