Petrol Diesel Price Today 5 September: Fuel prices remained flat across India on September 5, while oil prices are headed for their biggest weekly rise since July amid renewed US-Iran hostilities and concerns over a prolonged blockage in the Strait of Hormuz. Petrol and diesel prices have been stable since May 25, when state-run oil marketing companies (OMCs) raised petrol prices by ₹2.61 per liter and diesel by ₹2.71 per litre.
