There has been no major change in vehicle fuel prices at the national level and prices have remained largely stable.
New rates are notified every day at 6 am under the Dynamic Fuel Pricing system. However, due to variation in local Value Added Tax (VAT), freight charges and local body cess in different states, there is a slight variation in the retail prices of petrol and diesel in different cities.
