Pova 8 Pro 5G : The popular tech company launched the new phone Pova 8 Pro 5G in India on Tuesday. The phone comes a few months after the standard Pova 8 model was launched in the country. The new Pova 8 Pro 5G will be available for sale in three color options in the country.

This phone has an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 7000 series chipset.
Battery
The phone packs a 6,500mAh battery and supports 45W wired fast charging. The smartphone also features a dual rear camera system, with a 50-megapixel main camera.
Price and availability
Pova 8 Pro 5G price in India starts from Rs 49,999. The company is offering instant cashback of Rs 3,000 on select credit card, debit card and UPI transactions.
color option
The new Pova smartphone will go on sale in India on August 21 via Flipkart. Pova 8 Pro 5G is available in three color options – Arc White, Graphite Black and Tundra Green.

peak brightness
It has a 6.78 inch HyperLux AMOLED panel, which comes with a refresh rate of up to 144Hz. The screen supports 4,500 nits peak brightness and 1.07 billion colors.
HiOS 16 based on Android 16 is available in the phone. The company says that the phone will be given two major OS updates and security updates for three years.
rear camera
Pova 8 Pro 5G has dual rear camera. Its 50MP main camera comes with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS). It also comes with an 8MP ultra-wide camera. The phone has a 13MP front camera for selfies and video calling.
