Jhunjhunu. Eight laborers lost their lives in a horrific accident that occurred during road construction in Jhunjhunu district of Rajasthan. The incident took place in Chapoli village, where during work, the machine for mixing concrete came in contact with the high tension electric wire passing above it. Due to this, current spread in the machine and the workers working nearby got affected by it. There is also information about many other laborers getting burnt in the accident. Police have confirmed the death of eight laborers on Monday. After the incident, there was chaos in the village and mourning spread among the families of the deceased.
Current ran into the machine from the 11 thousand volt line
According to the police, road construction work was going on in Chapoli village. Meanwhile, the gravel mixing machine came in contact with the high tension power line passing above. According to initial information, it was an 11 thousand volt power line. As soon as the machine came in contact with the wire, the current spread and the workers working there got affected by it. Eight laborers died in the accident, while many others sustained burn injuries.
