Christopher Nkunku’s return to RB Leipzig from AC Milan is “almost complete,” Bild reports.
RB Leipzig are edging closer to bringing Christopher Nkunku back to the club, with Bild reporting that the attacker’s proposed move from AC Milan is now “almost complete”.
While AC Milan would prefer to sell the Frenchman, the Serie A side have reportedly opened the door to the loan move Leipzig are aiming for.
Nkunku could provide a much-needed boost to Leipzig’s attack as the Bundesliga club look to fill the void left by Yan Diomande’s move to Real Madrid.
The Frenchman recorded 126 goal contributions in 172 appearances for Leipzig between 2019 and 2023, before joining Chelsea.
After struggling to live up to expectations in London, Nkunku moved to Milan last summer.
