Under the joint auspices of Uttarakhand Sanskrit Sansthan and Mahant Indiresh Hospital, Dehradun, a seminar was organized in the Secretariat premises on Friday regarding the operation of Mantra Chikitsa Functional Research Scheme. Sanskrit scholars from the country and the state presented their views on the use of mantras for mantra treatment, their effect, correctness of pronunciation, method, adherence to rules etc.
The research process can be started
In their address, Joint Director, Medical Education, Uttarakhand, Dr. Rangeel Singh Raina and Principal, Mahant Indresh Medical College, Dr. Utkarsh Sharma were of the opinion that if literature related to diagnosis of any disease is available even before mantra therapy, then on its basis its use in other diseases can be allowed. For this, after the acceptance of the patient and the recommendation of the ethical committee, the process of the above experimental research can be started.
Make literature available to the nodal officer
On behalf of Secretary Sanskrit Education Shri Deepak Kumar, the Sanskrit scholars present in the meeting were requested to make the relevant literature available to the nodal officer within 10 days so that the research process can be started.
