Desk: An interesting case of fight between husband and wife has come to light in the Singapore court. A husband filed a petition in the court against his wife. It was said that the wife wanted to kill him by mentally torturing him. Seeing the merit in the petition, the court has directed to provide police protection to the husband. The court said that until the decision is taken in the divorce and wife's criminal case, the husband will continue to get domestic security.
According to CNA, the Singapore court, while hearing the case against the wife on Wednesday, said that the husband's petition has merit. That's why we are providing them domestic security. A husband filed a petition in the family court of Singapore. It was said that his wife is continuously harassing him. According to the husband, the wife made obscene pictures of his sister and shared them on social media.
Not only this, the wife was using AI to create such pictures which are socially objectionable. When the court asked the wife about this, she accepted it. After this the court said that it is necessary to provide security to the husband. The husband told the court that the wife was fighting with him so that she could not give $79,000 to her father. Her father is currently ill and his treatment is necessary. According to the husband, when he decided to give money to his father, the wife opposed it.
The court ordered Personal Protection Act in this case. Under this, the husband will now be under police protection. Police will remain under surveillance in the entire matter. There is a provision for personal protection in Singapore. Apart from this, the court in Singapore also has the power to pass domestic exclusion order. In this, husband and wife are prohibited from going to any one place. The wife will no longer be able to harass her husband after the court's decision. If the wife does this then legal action can be taken against her. The police can also take action.
