Yogi government posted new CMO in more than 21 districts, also removed CMO posted for more than four years, see transfer list

Lucknow. The Yogi government of UP has changed the Chief Medical Officers of more than one and a half dozen districts under the transfer policy. Four Director level officers have been promoted and transferred with new assignments.

Chief Superintendent of PL Sharma District Hospital, Meerut, Dr. Sudesh Kumari, has been sent to the post of Director (Maternal and Family Welfare), Directorate General of Environmental Welfare. Additional Director (Personnel Confidentiality), Directorate General of Health Services, Dr. Renu Chaudhary has been transferred to the post of Director, Directorate General of Paramedical Health Services. Additional Director Prayagraj Division Dr. Rakesh Sharma has been made Director, Directorate General of CHC Health Services.

More than 21 CMOs were deployed in Uttar Pradesh.

Dr. Ganga Prasad Gupta, Additional Director of Lucknow Division and Chief Consultant of Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee Civil Hospital, was made the Director and Chief Superintendent of Civil Hospital. Besides, he will also have the additional charge of Additional Director Medical Health and Family Welfare Lucknow Division. He will also continue to do medical work. At the same time, Pilibhit CMO Dr. Alok Kumar has been made the General Manager of Sachij and sent to Lucknow. Dr. Sachin Chandra Vaishya, working as Joint Director in the Directorate General of Medical and Health Services, has been made the CMO of Ghaziabad.

Chief Medical Officers of 23 districts of the state have been removed from their places and posted at new places. Orders regarding transfer of CMO have been issued by Special Secretary Ravi Ranjan.

Dr. Harinandan Prasad has been made CMO of Jalaun. Dr. Neeraj Tyagi has been sent to Agra as Joint Director. Dr. Ramesh Kumar Mishra has been made the Chief Medical Officer of Sonbhadra. Dr. Ranjan Gautam will now be the Chief Medical Officer of Barabanki. Dr. Ajay Kumar Sharma has been given the responsibility of Chief Medical Officer of Unnao.

Dr. Abhay Narayan Rai will be the CMO of Ballia. Dr. Alka Shukla has been made the Chief Medical Officer of Hamirpur. Dr. Udaybhan Singh will be the Chief Medical Officer Fatehpur. Dr. Kishore Kumar Ahuja has been made CMO of Hapur. Dr. Gangaram Gautam has been made CMO of Jaunpur. Dr. Pankaj Kumar will be the CMO of Mau, Dr. Pramod Kumar will be the Chief Medical Officer of Ambedkar Nagar.

Dr. Bhuvan Chandra Pant has been sent as the Chief Medical Officer of Pilibhit. Dr. Mukesh Kumar has been given the responsibility of CMO of Varanasi, the parliamentary constituency of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Dr. Ramakant Sagar will be the CMO of Amroha. Dr. Ramnath Singh will be the Chief Medical Officer of Aligarh. Dr. Vikas Chandra will be the Chief Medical Officer of Kannauj.

Dr. Vikas Sharma has been given the responsibility of Badaun, Dr. Vinay Kumar of Mahoba, Dr. Ved Prakash of Hathras, Dr. Sachin Chandra Vaishya of Ghaziabad, Dr. Sukhranjan Samdar has been given the responsibility of Chief Medical Officer of Sitapur. Dr. Awadhesh Kumar Yadav has been given the responsibility of Kanpur CMO.
