CPR given on stairs
In another two-minute video, Twisha is seen being given CPR on the stairs. It can be seen in the video that first an attempt is made to save him on the stairs. When there is no reaction, three people bring him down. During this, husband Samarth Singh is seen giving her mouth-to-mouth CPR. However, despite all efforts, Twisha’s life could not be saved.
Husband Samarth Singh did not get relief
Twisha’s husband Samarth Singh, who was made an accused in the case, has received a big blow from the court. Bhopal court rejected his anticipatory bail plea. The court considered Twisha’s WhatsApp chat as important in the decision, in which she had written “I am trapped”. The court considered this an important sign related to mental torture.
At the same time, the police has announced a reward of Rs 10,000 on absconding Samarth Singh. Many police teams are busy searching for him. Besides, the process of canceling his passport has also been started.
Mother-in-law made claims in press conference
On the seventh day of the incident, Twisha’s mother-in-law and retired judge Giribala Singh held a press conference with her lawyer. He claimed that Twisha was going through mental stress and was undergoing psychiatric treatment. She said that after taking medicines, she used to remain normal for some time, but later her behavior would change.
However, Twisha’s parents have completely rejected these claims. The family alleges that she was being harassed since her marriage and she also had two abortions.
The family raised the demand for post-mortem again
On May 12, Twisha’s body was found hanging in her house in Katara Hills, Bhopal. In the post-mortem report, the cause of death was stated to be hanging, but injuries and marks of assault were also found on the body. Based on this, the family is demanding re-postmortem.
Twisha’s body is still kept in the mortuary of Bhopal AIIMS. The family has refused to perform the last rites and has demanded that the matter be investigated in another state. He says that the investigation may be affected due to the influence of the accused family.
